We hope the following policies address certain questions you may have regarding some of the more technical aspects of our business. Please note, these policies do not govern the terms of our relationship, nor do they constitute any representation or warranty on our part.

I. PRIVACY AND SECURITY: Fine Disregard Wine Co. is committed to protecting the personal and credit card information you provide us. This information is used solely for the purposes of conducting the purchase of wine and facilitating its shipment. Please note, in adherence with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), we do not store, process, or transmit any payment card information. Your payment card information is handled through a https connection between you and our payment processor, Vinespring and never touches our server. We will never sell, loan, or otherwise distribute your personal information to a third party.

III. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: Federal and State laws require that alcoholic beverages can only be purchased and shipped to persons 21 years of age or older. The receipt of any shipment containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of an adult who is sober (i.e. not intoxicated). In placing your order with Fine Disregard Wine Co., you represent and warrant that as the purchaser you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom you are directing delivery also meets the criteria set forth herein.

IV. RETURN POLICY: Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. All returns are handled on an individual basis. At our discretion, we may replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or you as a customer find unsatisfactory. We may also ask for the return of any unfinished wine in its original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept the return of an alcoholic beverage unless that beverage is corked or otherwise flawed. Unfortunately, we are also unable to accept the return of wine damaged as the result of adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error. Please note, due to the limited quantity of wine Fine Disregard Wine Co. produces, we may not have sufficient wine to facilitate the replacement of flawed or damaged wine, in which case we shall issue a refund in full including shipping and handling charges.
